Job summary

A leading property development firm in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Project Leader to oversee project teams and manage the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, a minimum of 15 years of experience in property development, and at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role. Main Responsibilities

Airect and oversee the entire project team, including Project Managers, Planners, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and Operations, to ensure all activities meet company objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Manage the full project lifecycle, covering concept development, design coordination, master planning, construction, and final handover.

Develop and execute project strategies, feasibility analyses, and development frameworks in collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Monitor and control project budgets, cost management, and procurement to optimize financial performance and support value engineering initiatives.

Ensure project implementation adheres to technical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present regular progress reports and strategic updates to the Director, maintaining effective communication across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Minimum 15 years of experience in property development or construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role.

Proven track record in managing Constructiondevelopment projects.

Strong understanding of project planning, design management, cost control, and construction operations.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Energetic, driven, and able to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
