A leading producer in coconut processing is seeking a Production Manager to lead and manage all production activities in Gorontalo, Indonesia. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining food safety, quality standards, and productivity. Responsibilities include developing production plans, overseeing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, a strong focus on quality and safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, preferably coconut processing.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Familiar with Halal standards, BPOM and related regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement production plans in line with demand and resources.
• Oversee UHT, Tetra packaging, BIB filling, canning, and retort operations.
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement best practices for manufacturing processes and equipment utilization.
• Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield, and efficiency for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach the production team, driving employee engagement and skill development.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, Halal standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare production budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Support sustainability projects and efficiency improvements.
