Job description

Plan, direct and control all aspects of the Project in accordance with Company Policy and procedures to maximise EBT achieved, whilst ensuring all contract requirements are well delivered and in compliance with HSE and CSR policies.

All project departments are successfully directed and synergized. The implementation of operational excellence is accurately monitored and in accordance with the principles of productivity as well as cost effectiveness.

Monitor and ensure the implementation of operational excellence and adhere to the principles of productivity and cost effectiveness to beat the project budget. The culture of continuous improvement are fostered successfully. Operations are supported and EBT target is achieved.

Successing CINTA idea and CINTA submission (Quality and Quality) program. CINTA idea and CINTA submission program is successful.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 3-5 years previous experiences in construction and engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management
• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
