Contingent Workforce Coordinator
Job summary
A leading global media organisation is seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Coordinator in Greater London. This hybrid position involves managing the contingent workforce mailbox, advising hiring managers, and overseeing vendor activity. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months of MSP/contingency experience and RPO experience. Join a dynamic team dedicated to efficient management of the organisation's contingent workforce. Strong skills in vendor management and HR systems are crucial for this role.
Qualifications
- 12 months minimum in MSP / contingency experience.
- 12 months minimum in an RPO.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Contingent Workforce mailbox.
- Advise Hiring Managers on best practices.
- Manage the third-party vendor management process.
- Enter Contingent Workforce information into the vendor management system.
- Process New Worker requests from managers/extensions.
- Keep up-to-date hard copy and electronic worker files.
- Handle ad-hoc queries from HR and managers.
- Liaise with security and IT for worker access.
- Address IQN Timecard queries with suppliers.

CONTINGENT WORKFORCE COORDINATOR
Our client, a leading global media organisation based in W6, is seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Coordinator on a £150-per-day rate.
In this hybrid role, you will manage the contingent workforce mailbox, support hiring managers, and oversee vendor activity using internal workforce systems. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, you’ll help ensure smooth, efficient management of the organisation’s contingent workforce across multiple teams.
- Management of the Contingent Workforce mailbox
- Advising Hiring Managers on best practices and offering a more consultative / efficient process
- Managing the third‑party vendor management process
- Entering Contingent Workforce information into their vendor management system
- Processing New Worker requests from managers / extensions
- Processing worker information (using MS Office, D Tools, HR Beeline and SAP)
- Keeping up‑to‑date hard copy and electronic worker files
- Handling ad‑hoc queries from the HR team and managers alike
- Liaising with security and IT to ensure the correct access is given to workers
- Liaising with suppliers on IQN Timecard queries
- 12 months minimum in MSP / contingency experience
- 12 months minimum in an RPO
