Job summary

A leading oracle platform provider is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations. The role focuses on building operational workflows and providing critical support to ecosystem growth initiatives. Candidates should have experience in designing automation workflows, leveraging AI tools for operational scaling, and strong cross-functional communication skills. Prior experience in Web3 or financial services is a plus. This position is global and remote, with some overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience designing automation workflows.
  • Proven experience as a Business Partner supporting Sales or Partnerships.
  • Strong ability to leverage AI tools to scale operations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with minimal oversight.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience in Web3 or TradFi domain.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic Business Partner to BUILD and SCALE Program Leads.
  • Design onboarding, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Identify friction points and deploy automation solutions.
  • Build dashboards providing real-time partner visibility.
  • Surface trends and risks, delivering recommendations.
  • Partner with teams to ensure data accuracy and scalable execution.
