EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As part of a dynamic shift team, you will operate at Severn Trent's Water Treatment Works in Frankley, Birmingham. Your duties include managing raw water sources, plant processes, onsite sampling, and lab testing to produce high-quality drinking water safely and cost-effectively.
You will participate in a 24/7/365 shift rota, which offers a good work/life balance, rest days, and shift allowances. Participation in a standby rota is required.
You will work alongside maintenance, process, and local management teams using control platforms like SCADA and PRISM. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities.
The role may require lone working and dynamic problem-solving. We take pride in making a difference for our customers and working collaboratively to resolve issues promptly.

This position offers a starting salary of £32,397, with potential to earn up to £15,000 in shift allowances annually.
