KITCHEN ASSISTANT

As a Kitchen Assistant at Fallow, you will support the kitchen team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced chefs and gain valuable culinary experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist with basic food preparation as required.
- Keep work surfaces, storage areas, and floors hygienic.
- Handle deliveries, unpack supplies, and store ingredients properly.
- Support stock rotation and waste management to uphold food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Hardworking, reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided.
