A leading retail company in the UK is seeking a Technical Admin Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract in their Lingerie division. Ideal for early-career individuals, this role focuses on supporting the technical team in managing data, tracking samples, and ensuring product quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing technical team within the M&S Lingerie business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Our Lingerie category is fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by a strong team culture focused on delivering exceptional quality and fit.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Technical Admin Assistant who is keen to learn and develop. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career in fashion or product development, with a genuine interest in Lingerie and a desire to grow within a technical function.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of the technical team, including managing data, tracking samples, preparing for fit sessions, and helping to ensure products meet our quality and performance standards. You'll gain valuable exposure to the full product lifecycle while working in a team that values innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Please note: This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where strong organisational skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach are essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
