CT Imaging Lead Superintendent — Operations & Leadership
Job summary
A healthcare trust in southwest London is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day organisation of CT imaging staff and resources. This role involves providing leadership to CT superintendents and radiographers, ensuring high standards of clinical care in CT services. The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise in CT imaging and strong management skills. This fixed term position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance leadership capabilities while maintaining a clinical practice in cross-sectional imaging.
Qualifications
- Expertise in managing CT imaging across multiple sites is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the CT modality site lead superintendents.
- Maximise throughput and efficiency of CT services.
- Manage staff rotation into CT.
