A prominent healthcare institution in Liverpool is seeking a candidate to provide comprehensive secretarial services for the Emergency Department. The role involves transcribing clinical correspondence, managing clinic templates, and liaising with patients and service users. Ideal candidates should possess office/typing experience and be capable of working independently. This position is part of a larger NHS trust dedicated to serving the region's healthcare needs. Training is provided, making it suitable for those new to the NHS. Applications close on December 15, 2025.
Qualifications
- Office/typing experience is expected, but NHS experience is not essential as full training will be given.
Responsabilités
- Transcribe letters on behalf of the clinical team.
- Manage clinic templates on behalf of clinicians.
- Liaise with service users via telephone and email.
- Manage 18-week pathways including referrals.
- Carry out general administration duties.
