Luxury Tour Operator | London / Hybrid

Our client is a highly regarded luxury tour operator specialising in premium all-inclusive holidays across the globe. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced and driven Head of B2B Travel & MICE Sales to strengthen their brand presence across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, while leading and developing a high‑performing sales team.

Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for Trade, OTAs and MICE across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
  • Build strong commercial partnerships with travel agents, consortia, TMCs and corporate event clients.
  • Drive e‑distribution performance, including OTAs and API‑led channels.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high‑performing sales and events team.
  • Oversee event production to ensure excellence in quality, budget management and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with marketing and wider internal teams to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events and client meetings as required.
Head of B2B travel & MICE Sales Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior B2B or Trade Sales role within the travel industry.
  • Strong leadership credentials with the ability to mentor and motivate a high‑achieving team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Well‑connected within the travel trade across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics.
  • Confident using digital sales tools (e.g., PowerBI, Salesforce, Coupa).
  • Solid understanding of OTA and API distribution models.
