Job summary
A leading contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative in Swindon for a permanent role focused on maintaining void social housing properties. The position offers a competitive salary of £33-34,000 per annum along with a company van, fuel card, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Candidates must have good multi trade experience and a valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of maintenance work in void properties.
- Drive a company van safely.
- Report to your supervisor.
- Prepare properties for the next tenant.
- Complete renovations including kitchens and bathrooms.

- Full renovations
- Good multi trade experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be done for successful candidate
