A public-sector organisation in Northern Ireland is looking for a HR Advisor to manage employee relations, provide HR advice, and lead recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or have extensive HR experience, along with a CIPD qualification. The position offers a salary of £37-39k and hybrid working opportunities.

This role supports effective HR operations by managing employee relations cases, advising managers, leading recruitment and absence processes, supporting HR policy delivery, and ensuring legal compliance to promote workforce stability.
