A leading performance coaching company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Tactical Physical Therapist to work with military personnel. This role involves evaluating and treating Aircrew, ensuring their physical readiness and health. Candidates must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-performance setting. Exos is hiring a Tactical Physical Therapist to work with military personnel to prevent potential injuries associated with flying and maneuvering aircraft. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable, resume building experience in a tactical setting while working with fighter Aircrew to optimize their physical readiness and long-term health. Tactical Physical Therapists will work as part of a multi-disciplinary performance team and perform the following duties :
Educate Aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies
Doctor of Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.
5+ years' experience as a PT in Collegiate, Professional, Olympic, Tactical (military), Aerospace industry, or similar environment supporting man-machine high-performance. Experience must include recency within the last 2 years.
Current CPR certification including AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation)
