A leading construction firm in London is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager who excels in D&B and has a keen eye for detail. Responsible for managing multiple projects worth up to £20 million, you will ensure the technical integrity of designs and oversee all phases of construction. - Saving the programme by pointing out a catastrophic clash others thought was fine
- Keeping subbies honest on cost and scope (your sixth sense for silly prices is unmatched)
- Being the project's technical adult - because someone has to be
- A seasoned TSM with real D&B battle scars
- Contract‑aware, commercially switched‑on, and allergic to BS
