Veolia Water Technologies is a world leader in water treatment, providing complete solutions for water treatment with a focus on sustainability and resource recovery. We are experts in water and are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in High Wycombe on a fixed-term contract until January 2026.

Position Details:

• Based in our High Wycombe Office with hybrid working (3 days in office)
• Full-time, 37 hours per week
• 25 days annual leave, bank holidays (pro-rated), your birthday off, pension scheme, and benefits platform

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual passionate about connecting talent with opportunities that make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support for recruitment processes
• Managing job postings across platforms
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
• Supporting hiring managers and enhancing candidate experience

Candidate Profile:

• Proactive self-starter, confident working independently and in teams
• Excellent administrative, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multitasking
• Experience with recruitment and applicant tracking systems
• Strong IT skills and quick learner of new systems
