A leading national organisation in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting January 2026. This role involves leading employee relations, supporting organisational change, and building relationships with stakeholders across East Anglia. The HR professional will work in a hybrid model and can expect a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, along with bonuses and additional benefits.

With an exciting period of change and growth underway, this business is seeking a confident and experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HR team covering East Anglia.
Reporting into the HR Director, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the people strategy, embedding cultural change, and ensuring HR is seen as a trusted and visible partner across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, operational environment and is passionate about driving engagement, trust, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner with a background in complex, multi-site environments. You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills, resilience, and the confidence to influence senior leaders.
Hybrid model: typically 2-3 days per week on site, with flexibility based on business needs.
Based out of 3 sites in East Anglia.
