A local healthcare provider is seeking a confident Acting Senior Care & Support Worker to deliver exceptional care in Leeds. The role requires working 42 hours per week, primarily nights, and involves leading a team, allocating duties, and providing both physical and emotional support to service users. Ideal candidates will be passionate about empowering independence and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for a confident Acting Senior Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will work 42 hours a week, nights only, including alternate weekends, at Gotts Park.
The role includes support shifts and senior shifts: allocating duties, giving medication, leading the team and supporting management.
