Job Summary

We are looking for a confident Acting Senior Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will work 42 hours a week, nights only, including alternate weekends, at Gotts Park.

The role includes support shifts and senior shifts: allocating duties, giving medication, leading the team and supporting management.

Job Responsibilities

Day-to-day duties for acting senior support worker:

  • Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service.
  • Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely.

Day-to-day duties for support worker:

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
  • Safeguard.
  • Maintain a safe & clean environment for all.
