• Lead audit fieldwork and manage workflows across multiple assignments

• Take ownership of audits from planning through to completion

• Review audit files and finalise outputs with minimal supervision

• Identify key audit issues and recommend practical, tailored solutions

• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to junior colleagues

• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact

• Ensure technical compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)

• 3-4 years' experience in audit, ideally in a practice setting

• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and meet tight deadlines

• A proactive mindset with strong leadership and communication skills

• A team player who takes pride in developing others and delivering exceptional client service
