Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for a flexible Cover Supervisor to start immediately. The school are looking for a dedicated individual who has a passion for improving the learning journey for all young students.

About the role:
  • Immediate start upon registration
  • Flexible working pattern (part-time/full-time)
  • Competitive daily pay rates (dependent on experience)

As a Cover Supervisor, you will cover KS3 and KS4 classes in a range of subjects, dependent on the needs of the school. All work will be pre-set and resources provided. You will ensure all work is completed to a high standard and behaviour is maintained, following the school’s behaviour policies when necessary.

  • A confident, calm and empathetic approach to behaviour management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and other staff members
  • Safeguarding and cover supervisor training to completed upon registering with Teaching Personnel
