A leading international bank is seeking a professional to support and drive the entire lifecycle of Banking Products from their Birmingham location. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of banking products, product management skills, and proven stakeholder management abilities. This hybrid role includes developing product strategies, conducting market analyses, and working with internal teams to launch banking products effectively.

Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth.
The primary objective of this role is to support and drive the entire lifecycle of Banking Products across the client continuum. The role will also support and assist with developing and maintaining the product governance framework that supports these products and services. In addition, the role will require involvement in product development activities across all product lines. Role holder must work in conjunction with the appropriate Journey Owners and Distribution Partners in the UK.

Work with a multifaceted matrix of mutually valuable internal and external relationships i.e. Propositions, Distribution, Direct Channels, Treasury, GAM, Global WPS, Finance, Compliance, Service Delivery, Software Delivery, Legal, Group/Regional/Country leads, Regulators, Audit, FCC, Consumer Intelligence, Third Party Fund Managers, and external Vendors in order to strengthen the existing relationship and grow revenue.
This is a Hybrid role based in either Birmingham or Whiteley.
