As a Project Architect, you will work closely with the Design Director and Associate, taking the helm on coordinating innovative residential and master planning projects.
- Leading the day-to-day management of projects.
- Overseeing and inspiring project teams.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Driving projects with a focus on low-density residential architecture and urban design.
- Championing innovative and sustainable environments.
- 5+ years demonstrable record in the design development of mixed-use residential and master planning projects.
- A natural team player with a strong collaborative approach to design.
- Confident in client-facing environments and skilled in stakeholder/public engagement.
- Ability to manage internal teams and coordinate external consultants effectively across multiple projects.
- Capable of managing all project aspects, from strategic oversight to 3D modelling, sketching, and compiling compelling reports/presentations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid experience preparing outline and detailed planning applications within the UK, including the preparation of design codes.
- A keen interest in sustainability and emerging trends in residential design.
- High proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
