This is a standout opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, from concept to completion, across diverse scales.

As a Project Architect, you will work closely with the Design Director and Associate, taking the helm on coordinating innovative residential and master planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the day-to-day management of projects.
• Overseeing and inspiring project teams.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
• Driving projects with a focus on low-density residential architecture and urban design.
• Championing innovative and sustainable environments.

Skills

• 5+ years demonstrable record in the design development of mixed-use residential and master planning projects.
• A natural team player with a strong collaborative approach to design.
• Confident in client-facing environments and skilled in stakeholder/public engagement.
• Ability to manage internal teams and coordinate external consultants effectively across multiple projects.
• Capable of managing all project aspects, from strategic oversight to 3D modelling, sketching, and compiling compelling reports/presentations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid experience preparing outline and detailed planning applications within the UK, including the preparation of design codes.
• A keen interest in sustainability and emerging trends in residential design.
• High proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
