Job summary
A respected education and social mobility organisation is looking for a Progression Coach to support young people in Hastings and Bexhill. This full-time, permanent position involves delivering coaching, workshops, and school-based programs aimed at improving social mobility and life chances for individuals aged 12-19. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a commitment to promoting equity and diversity in education.
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching or education preferred.
- Ability to engage and support young people.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions.
- Conduct workshops and school-based programmes.
- Help improve social mobility and life chances.
Support young people to achieve their potential as a Progression Coach in Hastings and Bexhill. Deliver coaching, workshops and school-based programmes that improve social mobility and life chances.
