Job summary
A leading cleaning service provider in Rugby is seeking experienced cleaners to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness to the highest standards, following health and safety policies, and assisting fellow team members. Applicants must have all-round cleaning experience and a commitment to the company's values.

- Capability to monitor and assist other cleaners.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties to the highest standards as specified.
- Monitor cleaning equipment and request replacements as needed.
- Manage materials to minimize waste.
Skills

- All round cleaning experience
- To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
- General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins
- Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
- Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
- To work flexibly and as part of a team
Mon‑Fri 06:00‑12:00 or 14:00‑20:00
Rotating shifts on a weekly basis
