Job Description
- Take full ownership of thesales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals
- Drive theentire RFQ/RFP process: prepare proposals, respond to technical inquiries, and confirm orders
- Maintain an accuratesales pipelineand provide regular forecasts to management
- Ensuresmooth internal processesto support sales activities efficiently
- Use ourCRM systemto track opportunities and customer interactions
- Support and expand ournetwork of agents and distributors
- Manage thesales and marketing budgetfor your territory
- Actively implement and execute theregional sales strategy
- Represent TOMRA attrade shows and industry events
Qualifications
- A degree is preferred, but more importantly, you bringrelevant industry experience
- At least5 years of experiencein thewaste recycling or processing sector
- A solid background intechnical sales, ideally of large capital equipment or long-cycle B2B projects
- Experience working withkey account customersand ininternational environments
- You are commercially sharp,customer-focused,result-driven, andentrepreneurial
- Skilled in contract negotiation, with strongcommunicationandanalytical thinking
- A confident andcredible partnerfor senior stakeholders in the recycling industry
- Passion fortechnologyand enthusiasm for working with people
- Fluent inEnglish(spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Willingness totravel extensivelyand an appreciation forcultural diversity
