We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and senior leader to join us at this pivotal stage to help define and accelerate our commercial footprint. This role is a chance to leverage your experience to establish our brand, scale our sales operations, and build a lasting, high-performing culture from the ground up across both the UK and Ireland markets.
Toast is looking for an Area Vice President (AVP) of Sales for the UK & Ireland to lead the strategy, execution, and continued rapid growth of our entire commercial engine across this region. This role will be the primary commercial leader and Site Leader for our London hub, driving success across the SMB, Growth, Business Development Representative (BDR), and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams. This is a hands‑on, foundational leadership role that reports into the global sales leadership team and is critical to achieving Toast’s ambitious international goals.
