Our Healthcare Air Operations team based in Hounslow is looking for an experienced and customer-centric Healthcare Business Solution Manager to join the team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of healthcare air freight solution design and support the diverse needs of customers shipping healthcare products.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 08:00-17:00.
Reporting into the Healthcare Operations Manager you will have daily engagement with customers and operational teams to design and procure solutions, support implementation, manage escalations, and ensure all activities are delivered in line with customer requirements and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in freight forwarding or logistics ideally within the healthcare logistics sector and a deep understanding of healthcare supply chains, including cold chain management, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements. You will be comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will have strong strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills.
