Job summary
A healthcare recruitment agency is seeking experienced Support Workers to join the Adult Learning Disabilities Service in Guernsey. The role focuses on promoting independence and delivering person-centred support while working with a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in learning disabilities and an NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health & Social Care. The position offers a competitive salary with a generous relocation package and other benefits.

- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Adult Health & Social Care.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Encourage independence and deliver person-centred support.

- Work closely with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
