Job summary
A residential care provider is looking for an experienced Interim Registered Manager to lead their residential home for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. The role is crucial for ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Candidates must have recent managerial experience in similar settings and possess strong knowledge of CQC regulations. The position offers a competitive day rate on a 3-month contract basis.

- Current or recent Registered Manager experience within learning disabilities or additional needs services.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the residential service, ensuring safe, person-centred care.
- Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
- Support, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality practice.
- Drive improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
