Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as New Business and Sales Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Glasgow. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is up to £45,000 OTE with company vehicle.
- Reports to Sales and Lettings Director
- Key member of the Management team
- Provide excellent leadership to all sales and new business staff across the two Glasgow branches.
- Responsible for the New Business and sales performance across the branches, achieving KPI and budget targets.
- Setting and monitoring KPIs and teams performance.
- Lead, inspire and train all Sales and New Business staff in the branches to provide excellent customer service and achieve business targets.
