This role involves overseeing all commercial aspects of major M&E projects valued between £5m and £30m. The ideal candidate will have a background in Quantity Surveying, at least 6 years of UK experience, and excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities

• Leading all commercial aspects of M&E packages across major projects.
• Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.
• Overseeing cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Leading contract administration and change management processes.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance.
• Supporting junior commercial staff and contributing to team development.
