The Role
  • Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team of sales professionals to consistently deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, ensuring the business is always the partner of choice.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including M&A prospects, to drive market expansion.
  • Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and SAP.
  • Act as a thought leader and problem solver, providing customer‑centric solutions and influencing peers and senior leaders alike.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and engagement across the region.
The Person

We are seeking a strategic yet hands‑on leader with the energy and professionalism to set the pace. Key attributes include:

  • Degree in Plastics / Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in distribution, manufacturing, or sales, with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of hitting growth targets.
  • Deep technical knowledge of plastics, polymers, and processing.
  • Ability to influence and inspire at peer and executive level.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
