Commercial Manager (Utilities) - Manchester
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Training + Progression + Pension + Great Holiday Package + GP Access

Candidates require a strong commercial awareness and experience working within the multi-utility or construction sector. In this role, you will lead a team of quantity surveyors and commercial administrators and be responsible for the delivery of weekly/monthly cost and value reconciliation processes.
Part of this role will also involve managing risk and liaising with multiple departments within the business.
