Here's the exciting bit...a day includes

An exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced department delivering Property Investment projects for both Superdrug & Savers. Working within the programme & planning office the successful candidate will work to deliver the full planning function to ensure the safe and effective delivery of new stores, refits stores and other investments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Working cross-functionally and with a wide range of people including Store and Delivery teams, Project & Implementation Managers, External suppliers and Programme Manager.
2. Undertaking site visits to ascertain key planning information to support informed decision making.
3. Produce project phase plans with key focus on ensuring; commercial/ tradable transition and cost effective/ manageable workload.
4. Effective planning, coordination and communication of project resource requirements including, staffing, suppliers, fixtures & enablement assets.
5. Collation, analysis and follow-up to resolution of operational feedback for completed projects.
6. Forward planning and realignment of workload to achieve opening date schedules.
7. Continuous development and refinement of department processes and procedures.

What you'll need:

1. A positive "Can Do" attitude.
2. Integrity and Judgement
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. English Language and Mathematics to GCSE standard (or equivalent).
5. Significant experience in Commercial/Retail.
6. Strong planning & Organizational skills
7. Strong Written & Verbal communication skills
8. Competent IT Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) would be valuable.
