Position: Behaviour Support Manager
Start Date: ASAP (Continuing into September 2025)
Pay: £110 – £115 per day
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? Teaching Personnel is currently hiring a Behaviour Support Manager to work in secondary schools across Newport. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated, resilient, and eager to make a positive impact on students’ lives.

As a Behaviour Support Manager, you will:

Supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.

Distribute and oversee completion of pre-set work.

Promote positive behaviour and handle behavioural challenges using proven strategies.

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams.
