Role Overview: As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee the catering team during night shifts, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and smooth logistics for events and daily operations.

• Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, including servers, chefs, and support personnel. Set expectations and provide continuous feedback to uphold high performance standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards; address issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies; oversee event flow, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
• Customer Service: Build positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing needs and concerns professionally. Collect feedback to improve services continually.
