Job summary

A fast-growing cosmetics brand is seeking a dynamic Loyalty Manager to lead and evolve their loyalty strategy. This role involves driving customer engagement and lifetime value, optimising loyalty programmes, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing loyalty or CRM programmes, particularly in beauty or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing loyalty or CRM programmes in beauty, fashion, or FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or another ESP.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
