Job summary
A leading biotech company is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager in the United Kingdom to oversee the management of study startup and clinical trial monitoring staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in clinical operations within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector, with a strong background in leadership and compliance. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and a collaborative spirit to drive excellence in clinical research operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in clinical operations.
- Experience in a management/leadership role is highly recommended.

Responsibilities
