You’ll take over a live caseload of 30+ active files and work closely with the Head of Department to provide strategic direction, mentor junior team members, and help drive business development.

Who we’re looking for
- 8+ years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Strong background in high-value acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments
- Proven ability to manage complex matters with commercial acumen
- Experienced leader with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent relationship builder with a client-first approach
- Highly organised and confident in managing competing priorities
- Bonus: business development experience or established local network
- £80,000+ depending on experience
- Bonus potential
