SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals.
• Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Perform “in home” treatment, as required, and participate in wellness programming within the Senior Living community.

EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Salary range for this position is $38 - $45 / hour.

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
