A childcare provider in Nottingham is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to oversee the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare and education, along with experience in managing a nursery setting. The role involves fostering relationships with parents and maintaining high professional standards. This position offers a warm and friendly working atmosphere, making it an excellent opportunity for growth in the childcare sector.
Competenze
- Prior experience managing a nursery or team is required.
- A formal management qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures is essential.

Our client is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager.
- A childcare and education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3
- Previous experience of managing a room or team within a nursery setting
- A formal management qualification is desirable although not essential
- A current First Aid qualification.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- To support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage, including overseeing planning and record keeping
