- Processing client's application forms and investment transactions, adhering to strict SLAs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare regular operational reports for the board of directors and investment committee.
- Assist with meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.
- Liaise effectively with investment advisers, third-party providers and custodians.
- Manage and resolve client and adviser queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues with the investment administration process.
- Assist the investment manager with research on model portfolios and underlying funds.

NC Associates are working exclusively with a long-established financial services organisation based in Ramsbottom North Manchester to assist in recruiting a Client Investment Services Administrator. This is a great opportunity to work for a prestige organisation which can build on your existing experience. They are looking for someone who has previous experience within administration, excellent communicational skills both written and verbally as well as having the ability to work under pressure. As a Client investment Services Administrator you will be working within a small team and reporting directly into the Director.
- Processing client’s application forms and investment transactions, adhering to strict SLAs.

- Previous experience within financial services is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communicational skills both verbally and written
