Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager focused on Index and ETF strategies, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead global product marketing initiatives that make a real impact across institutional, wholesale and B2B2C channels.

Responsibilities
  • Leading global product marketing for Index and ETF capabilities across multiple client segments
  • Developing differentiated messaging and positioning for a broad range of investment strategies
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Collaborating with channel marketing teams to integrate product content into broader campaigns
  • Supporting new fund launches and ongoing strategy promotion with compelling content
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across investment, distribution, product and compliance teams
  • Ensuring marketing materials meet regulatory standards and reflect best practice
  • Benchmarking competitor activity and campaign performance to inform future initiatives
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product marketing within asset management, ideally with Index and/or ETF exposure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to craft engaging, technical content
  • Commercially minded with a track record of supporting fund launches and driving growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and advertising standards in financial services
  • A collaborative team player with excellent project management capabilities
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity in developing marketing strategies and materials
  • Degree-level education and/or industry accreditation (e.g. IMC, CFA) preferred
