Job description
Overview

We’re working with a global, healthcare product design consultancy to recruit a B2B Marketing Manager for a newly created role. You’ll lead the marketing strategy for a soon-to-be-launched brand. This is a pivotal moment for the business, and you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across the UK and US markets.

What you’ll be doing

As B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies that position the consultancy as a trusted partner in healthcare product innovation. You’ll work across categories including drug delivery, diagnostics, surgical devices, digital health, and women’s health.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including design, engineering, sales, and subject matter experts - to build compelling value propositions and campaigns. Your content will speak to pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health decision-makers, tailored to regional nuances across the UK and US.

You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, ABM and paid media, using data to optimise performance and ROI. The role may involve occasional travel to the US studio, European manufacturing sites, and key industry tradeshows. We’re happy to discuss reasonable accommodations where needed.

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing within healthcare, medtech or design consultancy
  • Experience marketing to pharma, medtech or consumer health businesses (not hospitals or HCPs)
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns
  • Experience working with global audiences and adapting to regional needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical and design concepts into engaging content
  • Multi-channel marketing experience (digital, social, events, ABM, paid)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (desirable)
  • Knowledge of healthcare innovation trends (desirable)
What you’ll get in return for your experience

You’ll join a purpose-driven team culture that values diverse perspectives and inclusive collaboration. Benefits include:

  • Base salary in the range of £55k depending on experience
  • Private healthcare for you and your family
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Salary exchange pension scheme
  • 25 days holiday (plus extra for length of service)
  • Wellbeing support
  • Cycle to work and EV schemes
  • Regular team socials, including an end-of-year party
  • Flexible hybrid working from a vibrant Bristol office with state-of-the-art labs and design studios (ideally 2+ days in the office, but this is negotiable for the right person)
  • Opportunities for international travel (with accommodations available)
What’s next?

If you’re an experienced B2B Marketing Manager or similar, and have a proven track record marketing to pharma, medtech or consumer health businesses, we’d love to hear from you.
