The Role
Addepar is seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving the geographical expansion and success of Addepar across our EMEA and APAC regions.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth through Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of Addepar and our solutions.
- Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns covering all channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Content Creation: Create compelling design and copy to support campaigns, events or other activities.
- Enhance the delivery of our third-party conference participation and our own client events: Work with our events team to plan and implement conference participation and deliver high-end Addepar hosted events.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and deliver joint marketing initiatives.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Leverage Marketing Technology: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry.
- Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns bringing together multiple marketing channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
