Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading global HR transformation consultancy to find a manager level Change Management consultant. About you:
• At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or workplace transformations
• Expertise in strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating model, and digital change
• Proficiency with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, including strategy, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels, representing the company with professionalism
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear solutions
• Passion for developing long-term client relationships
• A team player, self-starter, with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Leadership and coaching skills, whether in line management or project contexts
• Strategic thinker capable of managing ambiguity and influencing stakeholders
