As a Trade Assistant Construction all rounder at Blue Star Pools, you will be a key member of the team, providing vital support to our skilled tradespeople. - Assisting tradespeople with the installation, repair and maintenance of swimming pools and associated equipment
- Performing general labouring duties such as site preparation, material handling, and clean‑up
- Operating machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintaining high level of organisation and attention to detail in your work
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Must have own transport
- Live within 10km of Welshpool
- Some previous experience in a construction or maintenance role, ideally within the trades and services industry
- A keen interest in learning new skills and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to follow instructions and work safely
