Position: Depot Engineer
Location: Bristol
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours (overtime available)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Depot Engineer to join our client in Bristol. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing depot equipment to ensure optimal performance and support smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a range of depot equipment, including scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Parts & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure parts are readily available, and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Data Recording: Accurately log job details and parts usage via the works mobile tablet promptly.
  • Support & Coverage: Provide assistance across multiple depots when needed to maintain service continuity.
  • Workplace Standards: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Policy Compliance: Follow company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and safety protocols.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Depot Manager.

  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance or depot operations.
